This is a pretty complex project, so I’m looking for testers who are already familiar with the Jasmine Stitch. To join the tester team, you should have completed at least one Jasmine project before.

⏳ Test time: 2 weeks

Tools and Materials needed: 

Suggested yarn: 100 grams of Air from Drops Design, Kos from Sandnes Garn, Divina from Hobbii, or Alpaca Dream from Garnius (All are length/weight: 150 m / 164 yds in 50 gr /1,8 oz). If you use the suggested yarn types and hit gauge, you will need almost all the yarn (there will be very little yarn left over).

The suggested yarn types are blown yarn and build well. They give a thick, chunky clutch, like the one in the picture above. You can also use other worsted weight/10 ply yarn types. You’re free to use yarn from your stash 🌎❤️

Hook: 3 mm (use a C-2 or a D-3 hook).

A frame: 17 cm x 19 cm (6.7” x 7.5”) (I used the smallest frame from Petite Knit)

Fabric for lining: I recommend using pre-loved woven, non-stretch material, such as the back of a shirt or a thin curtain. The fabric should be pretty thin – do not use thick, sturdy fabric. You need enough for 2 rectangles; The bottom rectangle should measure 15 x 20 cm / 5.9” x 7.9” and the side rectangle should measure 14 x 64 cm / 5.5” x 25.2”.

You also need: Scissors, a stitch marker, tape measure, yarn needle, pins, sewing needled, sewing thread, a sewing machine (you can also sew the lining by hand), and an iron.
