Digital Products

Nordic Yarn Art sells digital products, including crochet patterns, video tutorials, workshops, courses, and other digital content.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped unless explicitly stated.

Once payment has been completed, access to the purchased content is provided immediately.

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content. You acknowledge that once access has been granted, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Because access is provided immediately, refunds are generally not available after purchase. However, if you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Membership

We Are Jasmine Stitchers is a recurring subscription membership that provides access to digital content, tutorials, patterns, community features, and other membership benefits.

Membership fees are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your member account. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

By joining the membership, you expressly consent to immediate access to the membership content. You acknowledge that once access has been granted, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds are generally not provided for membership fees already paid or for partially used membership periods, except where required by applicable law.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We Are Jasmine Stitchers is intended to be a welcoming and supportive community.

Members may not post content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

Nordic Yarn Art AS reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate membership access if these guidelines are violated.

Nordic Yarn Art AS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the membership platform if a member violates these Terms or engages in conduct that harms the community.

Upon termination, access to membership content and community features may be removed.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

VAT, sales tax, or other applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed where required by law based on your billing location.

You may not:

• Share membership content with non-members
• Upload content to websites, file-sharing services, social media, or AI training platforms
• Translate, alter, or republish content without written permission
